Semi-Private Personal Training Package is a great fit for you and your friend, family member or spouse. Join a semi-private session with 1-2 other individuals, you pick the individuals or ask to be connected by your trainer. These sessions include a private goal setting & fitness assessment session followed by 8 semi-private sessions, weekly check-ins, accountability & support to assist you in reaching your physical health goals.
